I am on Xanax and Adderall. Is that going to have any effects on taking my accutane?

I recently got prescribed but my dermatologist failed to tell me about the 7 day thing, so now I have to start all over. I'm honestly terrified to go on it now though, I've read so many horrible things. I obviously have anxiety (hence the Xanax) so I don't want that to trigger depression and what not. I just have to do something about this painful cystic acne. Advice?
