My son is 8 months post roaccutaine and has large patches of dry skin which appear stuck to his face. What are his options?

We have tried multiple peel including medical grades which have not touched the dry skin - I am so desperate for answers as this is impacting negatively upon his mental health - he hasn't left the house in four months - thanku - i haven't been able to send any photos as photos do not capture his dry skin - looking for a knight in shining armour
