Hello, I am 38 year old man. One and half years ago i noticed a small swelling along with tingling sensation on top of my cheek / below the eye.. this swelling was red at the beggining and looked a bit nice. But One year ago i noticed this redness gone and the swelling increased. Creating shadows under it . With research i knew these were called festoons / Malar bags . But i don't know what to do to get rid of them ? I am considering Ulthera . Thermitight ( Harder option since i live in Europe) .

Unless you want a more invasive option like co2 laser.  Fillers can also camoflage the area and give improvement but get someoene who uses cannulas.  Best, Dr. Emer.

In our office, we have had great success using the Protégé laser by BTL. It uses Radio Frequency technology layering heat in the skin which in turn; stimulates collagen production and tightens up the skin. We treat for 8 minutes each side. The malar bags can get edematous with age in some people.  It is very hard to get rid of this.  There are a variety of things you can try, which sometimes work.  The deep heating treatments such as Infini, and ulthera may tighten the skin and shrink the fat.  The fractional lasers such as CO2 and erbium may also tighten the skin.  So you can try these modalities - but we are never sure in whom they will work!
