Should I have my revision rhinoplasty before or after Opus plasma / PDO threads? How long should I wait between each procedure?

I was originally planning to undergo revision rhinoplasty in June. However, I have partnered with a med spa who wants to provide the comped Opus Plasma series + PDO Threads. 1. Is it better to have Revision Rhinoplasty before or after these procedures? 2. How far of a gap should be between rhinoplasty and these procedures? 3. Since I want my nose reduced in size, thus would it be better to get these procedures beforehand, that way doc makes nose smaller to match the tighter face?
