Is it possible to get this type of nose back?

I know I can't get my old nose back and revision rhinoplasty is complex. However is there any way I can get more fullness to my tip. I don't like that I can see my nostrils and columella now. Can a Revision Rhinoplasty get my ethnic look back? **PICTURES ARE NOT MINE RETRIEVED ONLINE***
