Hello and thank you for your question. It is very difficult to evaluate your nose in this single photograph. If you feel like your nose has been shortened too much it is possible to de-rotate the tip in a revision surgery. Tip refinement can also be achieved. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate you in person.Best wishes and good luck.Richard G. Reish, M.D.Harvard-trained plastic surgeon
Hi, thank you for your question. From the attached photo, there appear to be two areas of potential improvement that you could consider: 1. the middle third of your nose appears slightly deviated to your left hand side. It is only subtle and it could be the slight rotation of the photo, however if it is real then this should be fixable in a revision rhinoplasty procedure by breaking the nasal bones to render them straight. 2. the nasal tip is rounded and perhaps not as well defied as you would like. It should be possible to make improvements to this, however the photo also suggests a possible fullness of the left supra tip area which could represent an asymmetry of one of the nasal tip cartilages. An examination in clinic is essential to establish the cause of this and what other surgical manoeuvres might be needed to improve on the overall position and size of your nasal tip.
