Does my bridge look like it’s been broken here? (Photo)

Forceps went across the bridge when I was born does the bridge look like it’s been made wider by this or is that impossible because the bone is not formed at birth ? This is a selfie so I know everything appears larger but does the nose stand out or it fits my face ?
