I just went through a functional septoplasty where I specifically asked my doctor not to touch on my nose aesthetic. He didn't listen and now my nose is crooked. My columella sits higher on the right and my nostrils are uneven

Frankly it's not clear why the base of your nose became crooked after a functional septoplasty surgery. Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, your nostril and columellar asymmetry could be improved with surgery. You also may require septal reset to straighten the bottom portion of your septum. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
