3 years post op and 1 year post 10 tip plasty revision. Would steroid injections help with my asymmetry? (Photo)

Dear Dr. I hope you're doing well. Following my rhinoplasty + septoplasty three years ago, a pimple-like structure has appeared on the tip of my nose, causing asymmetry. Despite a 10-minute tip revision last year, the problem persists. Would steroid injections be a viable solution? Your advice on the next steps would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Jeff
