Recent blood testing before and after high amounts of Botox injections.

When clinical trials are done for these drugs more blood tests then you can imagine are run on a regular basis to be sure that the drug does not have any unexpected side effects. I do not think that this was related to your Botox and you should follow up with your primary care physician if the counts are not back to normal.

Thank you for your question.  The effects of Botox at cosmetic dosages are highly localized, and are typically limited to the individual facial muscles being treated.  To the best of my knowledge, low WBC counts and changes in serum ferritin levels have not been reported as side effects in any major Botox clinical trials, and in my personal experience, I've never had a patient who developed these symptoms after Botox.  I would recommend following-up with your primary care doctor to discuss your concerns.

There is no relationship between the Botox and your white count.  There is also no relationship between your iron level and the white count. you may have had a mild viral infection but repeat it and most likely it will come on up

interesting question.  I do not know of any blood test that may be altered by botox.  Botox is injected directly into the muscle or right above it, so it is not absoerbed in your blood.  Being a neuromodulator, It should not change your wbc or ferritin levels.  Also, 85 units of botox is not a huge amount of botox.
