I want to inject nose fillers at the upper bridge of my nose and already have a silicone implant in my nose, I know there will be risk of infection. But I never touch my nose other than wearing extremely light pair of glasses or do any vigorous activity like swimming or running, so this mean that the risk of getting an infection is extremely low if I go for the nose filler injection right? Even if I get an infection, will antibiotics usually save me from having to remove the silicone implant?

Localized swelling with pustules and purulent discharge could be indicative of infection. In that regard, I would suggest visiting your doctor for an in-person examination. Wishing you well moving forward. Sincerely, Dr Joseph
The area of indentation is called the supra-alar crease. Sometimes they can be asymmetrical from one side to the other. Depending on your examination, microdroplet Silikon-1000 injections may lead to a smoother appearance of this indentation. I hope this helps. Sincerely, Dr Joseph
In general, a large dorsal hump would require rhinoplasty surgery. If it is a small profile bump, depending on your examination, fillers may be considered. I hope this helps. Sincerely, Dr Joseph
