Hi, I had nose filler for the second time three days ago. There was a little more swelling and redness than the first time and I’ve noticed today that at the tip injection site there were multiple tiny whitehead pimples. I used a clean cotton swab to apply gentle pressure and small amounts of pus came out. Is it normal for tiny pimples to appear at an injection site? The area is also red and I assumed it was just bruising but would a vascular occasion appear after 72 hours?
