Hello - any plastic surgery procedure that requires cutting on the face will result in a scar. The goal is to create a scar that is as minimally visible as possible. For your mole, complete removal would require removing a small sliver of skin and the mole, then meticulously closing the incision with stitches the bring the skin edges together. If the resultant scar is not aesthetically pleasing, methods like micro needling, laser resurfacing and chemical peels can be used to treat the scar.

Hello and thank you for your question. While an in-person exam would be best for diagnosing issues with your nose, based off your photos it appears that you have what's called an inverted V deformity. This is where the cartilage in the middle third of your nose collapses inwards and leaves a gap between your nasal bones and the cartilage. This is corrected with revision rhinoplasty that utilizes cartilage grafting to support the middle third of your nose, which would also likely improve your breathing as well. Depending on the amount of remaining cartilage inside your nose from your previous surgeries, it may require using cartilage from your ear or rib.

Hello - without seeing the rest of your nose and the different views in photos, it is difficult to make a definite assessment. I would say that based off your profile view, your goals are likely achievable, but that it is still important to be evaluated by an expert in nasal surgery, like a facial plastic surgeon. Hello - your sinuses will be unaffected by the rhinoplasty procedure. The sneezing reflex is a natural occurrence, and surgery should not affect that. Sneezing after a rhinoplasty happens, and your surgeon can discuss with you ways to deal with this. Best of luck
