It is a safe to use Sculptra if you suffer arthritis? I had Voluma on my cheeks without any complications.

I would have no issue with using Sculptra on a patient with arthritis.  I would not foresee any complications with the treatment.  

In general, it is not recommended to get Sculptra injected if you have any autoimmune disease. The problem is that Sculptra relies on the immune system to react to the PLLA particles to form collagen. The immune system is rev'd up in autoimmune diseases and therefore the outcome is more unpredictable and more likely to result in untoward side effects. These negative side effects can be nodules, granulomas, or an exaggerated collagen response.  Since Sculptra is not reversible, these side effects can be difficult to treat. I would stick with HA fillers in your case.

Sculptra is a locally-active collagen stimulator, and has no known systemic effects.  It is always prudent to administer one vial of Sculptra (to the face) and allow six weeks for observation before administering additional doses.

There are was very very rare side effects with any filler or collagen stimulator. But since you already had a good experience with HA Voluma I would not see a Sculptra issue.
