Im 21 and i got no facial hair i cant even grow a goatee. My head is full of hair like strong hair but no facial hair. Im quite worried l look like a kid. I tried some hair max product liquid to use to my beard region but it didnt work. What would u reccomend me? Rogaine? If yes, then how to apply let me know the details.
