Consider the Dali - a thin mustache that curves upward similar to the handlebar mustache.  A skinny mustache is what you were born with.  You can't change it (unless you have a hair transplant surgery).  The best thing is to work with it!

Viewing the picture provided above, it seems like you have delayed growth of facial hair. This could be because you are a 'late bloomer' or nutritional deficiency or a hand in the genetic pool. There is still time to check if your hair will grow in, it is advisable to seek help from a specialist to help begin treatment like oral nutritional supplements or topical medication like minoxidil to assist and boost the hair growth.

It can take many years for a beard to fully mature and at your age there is nothing to say the pattern will not change. Genetic factors obviously play an important role in the look. A hair transplant can change the design and add fullness to weaker areas with genetically healthy hair from the scalp. Maybe wait and see if your beard changes naturally.

This is possible if you really want it done. Many young men want to accelerate their beard growth and ask
about it. It takes age (genetic triggers which occur in family lines) so
if you want to find out when your beard will grow out, you need to find out
when your father or grandfather started to grow theirbeard. Hormones should have kicked in
nicely by the time a man reaches 18 but he must wait out his genetics
as hormone alone are not responsible for the onset of beard grown. Beard
