I had a beard transplant 3 days ago and my doctor told me to use Betadine shampoo to wash my head. However, it is not clear how can I wash my transplanted beard, with the hair shampoo or with a facial cleanser like Neutrogena for blackheads which I already use before the HT procedure, and should I wash it daily or day after day to get rid of these bad looking scabs, many thanks doctors.

Answer: Betadine shampoo is NOT generally used after a hair transplant surgery so your doctor must have a reason for recommending this
