Based on the photos you posted, I think your ears appear fairly normal and would not recommend any surgery for you.  

If you are in good health there is no reason not to proceed with an otoplasty at any age. The only way to know for sure if you are a good candidate is to book a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon near you to see what your options are. Best of luck!
