Otoplasty recovery, substantial amount of swelling on left ear. Is this normal? (Photo)

I got otoplasty done 9 days ago, and the antihelix is really swollen, more so than the helix, so I'm not able to see the helix behind the ear. I feel I might have hematoma on the left ear, am I right?
