I'm 19 years old but my beard is not growing. Please help me - what to do and how to do it?

IBeard hair is a genetic trait. There is no medication to grow a beard. Since you're only 19 you may see some growth in the coming years.

You are very young and you have more time to grow beard hair. It is a genetic trait though and you may have less beard in general.

For a good answer, its best to submit a questions as thorough as possible, provide pictures and descriptions so that the community can better answer your question. The cause for your lack of growth could be hundred of different reasons.  Did you have growth before and not now, are you losing hair from your beard, have you never had a beard?   Each will require different interventions.

Beard transplants are very effective if performed correctly. Some men will have thick beards in late teens others wait till their 30's. We have most men wait till age 30 or older as a thin beard usually thickens up with time and you may not need or want a beard transplant if it rectifies itself with time. Many young men want to accelerate their beard growth and ask
about it. It takes age (genetic triggers which occur in family lines) so
if you want to find out when your beard will grow out, you need to find out
when your father or grandfather started to grow theirbeard. Hormones should have kicked in
nicely by the time a man reaches 18 but he must wait out his genetics
as hormone alone are not responsible for the onset of beard grown. Beard
