I’m 7 days post op. On my 5th day, I decided to get up and vacuum and that made my right breast swell pretty bad and I developed a pain in the top of my right breast like I pulled a muscle. It subsided with rest and ice and painkillers but it isn’t going away. It feels like a ball rolling around on the top part and it’s is painful. Is this a normal feeling that will subside with time or could it mean something worse? There is no obvious lumps or bruising.
