Does a ruptured saline implant move around a lot or downwards? Mine was placed behind the muscle

What you are experiencing is the saline shell which has folded on to it self and is forming an edge.  The edge of the implant shell is what you are likely feeling and this does move around and can over time cause some discomfort.No bra is going to keep the shell from moving and there is no harm with the shell moving around.  The shell wont migrate, it simply stays in the implant pocket.Hope that helps.

after rupture could move around if a smooth surfaced product is used.  If the shell points and you can feel a sharp edge only in one spot and the skin changes color of that spot, you must see your surgeon.  You can have your shells removed under local to minimize any risks with your pregnancy or you can keep them and 'wait and see'.  Your surgeon is the best resource for your questions and concerns since your surgeon can also examine you at the same time.
