I was able to feel a bump of the implant on the side of my breast, now the bump is on the bottom of my breast..is this normal for it to have "moved down"? Pregnancy is preventing surgery for about another year, so it will be sitting in there. Should I be wearing a supportive bra 24/7 to keep it in tact?

Answer: Feeling a deflated implant Hello and thank you for your question. The bump you are feeling are the folded edges of the saline implant shell. This is normal and may change in how you are feeling it over time. There is nothing you need to do to support the implant and the implant shell will stay in the original pocket, it just may shift around. Hang in there and good luck with the pregnancy!
