I am looking for suggestions for pleating after neck lift? (Photo)

Hello, I have excessive pleating after my deep plane neck lift/facelift. My plastic surgeon suggested trying chemical peels, laser, or microneedling to reduce the pleating. I just want it to be smooth. It is not what I expected and I am looking for suggestions? Thanks.
