I had bariatric surgery in 2013 and am down 120 pounds and at a stable weight of about 135 pounds. I’m 5’3. Most of my loose skin is on my tummy and inner thighs, and I'd like it gone. I’d ideally like a BBL, also. I have some skin and extra fat on my sides/back, but it’s mostly in the front. Is a traditional, extended, or circular tummy tuck the best option to get the smooth look I want for my tummy and thighs with a BBL?

Answer: Which type of tummy tuck is right for me to achieve a smooth look?
Such changes in this area can be expected from recti diathesis post pregnancy. These can be improved with either liposuction to the area or by fat transfer ti improve the contour deformity. You dont need a full tummy tuck to correct this contour deformity.
