Revision rhinoplasty - should I get a steroid injection or give it more time? (Photos)

I'm scared for pollybeak deformity. I am 1 year post Op revision rhinoplasty. Now most of the swelling has gone down, but there’s is still a good amount in my tip. The only reason I know this is because usually when I wake up from sleep, my tip is very bulbous but it subsides throughout the day and after some massages. My nose now does not look like my after photo exactly, I know I can wait for the swelling but I’m just scared if the swelling continues for longer it’ll affect my final results.

Good Morning! I see what you're talking about. I would recommend steroid injections with compressions as well as nightly taping. Even though it's been roughly a year, in revisions, swelling can take through 1.5 - 2 years. This is especially true if the skin is very thick. As long as the steroids are done at safe intervals and amounts, it should be OK. If the results plateau after adequate time, then you may need to consider a revision procedure to refine the supratip / pollybeak. Hope this is useful!
