Primary rhinoplasty in 2015 left me with contour irregularity and left side collapse and bulging of my right. Revision rhinoplasty 2 months ago, nose is straighter but angled and asymmetric. Left side is still bulging and it pulled the right side over. After a month of concern I went back to my surgeon and he decided to remove the left lateral strut. 1 month post surgery #3 there is only marginal improvement and still bulging and painful on left side. How should I proceed with my surgeon? Ask?
