Can all of this be fixed with a revision and if so what kind of graft? (Photos)

I had a rhinoplasty about 6 years ago and was unhappy with the results. My nose looks to short for my face, my septum still looks deviated (it doesn’t even look like touched it), my nasal bones are uneven, and it looks like to much cartilage was taken from my tip. What really bothers me is my upper lip. It looks like my philtrum protrudes now.
