My septum is very deviated and nose is upturned. Would revision rhinoplasty help? (Photo)

Had a rhinoplasty done 2 years ago and am really unhappy with my front profile. My septum is very deviated and my nose is upturned. *My question is, can this be fixed and what would have to be done to fix it?* First photo is straight faced, second photo I am smiling. You can tell it’s uneven when straight faced and when smiling the one side goes out really odd and looks very uneven.
