It does look as if your implants are too far apart. Your intermammary distance (the space between your impants) is way too large to produce attractive cleavage. This could have been secondary to your anatomy if your nipples were extremely wide spaced apart. Otherwise, your breast pockets were created too laterally. To correct this will require revisional surgery with a neocapsule. Good luck.
Your breasts are too far apart. Revision with capsular tightening, or acellular dermal matrix is required for an improved appearance. Is the first photo before surgery, or immediately after? More info would be helpfulGood luck
Thanks for the question. Based on your photos it looks as though your implants are too far apart. To fix this problem you need to have new pocket created or your current pocket tightened. I think you may also benefit from a wider, less projecting implant which will help to give you more central cleavage. Best of luck!~Dr. Sieber

Thank you for your question and photographs. It does appear that you have a wide breastbone which is been accentuated by a tal,l more high profile implant. The change of the angle from the sternum to the breast when it is this acute, calls attention to this width. In my experience, a wider than tall shaped implant (Sientra Oval Base) is more effective in hiding the situation. Hope that's helpful.
This is hard to determine as everyone accepts implants differently. The implant selection should be based on a combination of your desired size, soft tissue dynamics, breast base diameter and skin elasticity. I recommend an in-office examination as well as a detailed discussion with a s...
