I’m worried my breasts are too big. Although I loved my doctor I had heard after that he had a reputation for going big. I’m 130lbs 5’3 had a B now I have a D. I told him from the beginning I wanted a natural looking fuller look. I got 330cc mod profile under the muscle. I feel like they make me look top-heavy. I realize they still need to drop n fluff more but with my athletic lifestyle i think they’ll get in the way. Any device on what to do would be appreciated.

The implant selection should be based on a combination of your desired size, soft tissue dynamics, breast base diameter and skin elasticity. I recommend an in-office examination as well as a detailed discussion with a surgeon who you are comfortable with. Answer: Implant dropping Dear Burkie22,dropping of implants is part of the healing process and this occurs after the tissues surrounding the implants slowly relax, allowing the implants to settle into their final position. It can take about four to six months for the implant to drop down to their final position.I understand that you are worried about your implants are not dropping as expected. However, you are still in the early phase of the recovery period. Please do allow some time for the healing process to occur. If after six months, you are not satisfied with the appearance of your breast, you can visit your plastic surgeon and discuss your concerns.Daniel Barrett, MD

Having said that, only you will be able to tell (once you have become more active) whether or not the breast implants are "too big" for your lifestyle.
