400 cc HP vs Ultra High Profile?

Question

went to surgery and had 400cc HP. Had complications so had to remove them and wait 3 months. My next surgery is in 1 month and i asekd my PS if he can put Ultra high profile. He said he do not recommend thoses because they are very pointed and not naturel. But with HP i though they looked too much naturel and little bit small. I cant put mores cc because of my last complications (bottoming out twice). Im 5p6, 135 lbs and wear 34B-C. Do you think ultra high would give me more the look i want?

Thank you for sharing your question and I am sorry to hear of your surgical healing issues. In general UHP implants will look less natural than a HP implant of the same cc size.  That said the best recommendation can only be made through an in-person examination of your tissues, and measurement of key breast parameters.  Hope this helps.

The decision should be made based on your measurements and goals. You can consider a new line of breast implants called the MemoryGel XTRA which has more projection than HP but not as crazy as UHP. Talk to your surgeon! Good luck. Dr. Aldo

I am sorry to hear about the complications you have experienced. Although online consultants will not be able to help you with specific advice, it is true that ultra high profile breast implants tend to create a more projecting and "fake look" outcome.  Best to communicate your goals/questions with your plastic surgeon again. Make sure that you are both on the same page prior to proceeding. Best wishes for  an outcome that you will be very pleased with.
