Complications 4 years after rhinoplasty (persistent swelling, redness, pain and changes to appearance of the nose) - Options?

4 years ago I had a rhinoplasty. Ever since then I have had several complications since then. I know this might be an unusual case but I have seen an ENT doctor and had a CT scan with no luck. My main issues since 3 months after the surgery has been: 1. Pain in the bridge of the nose, feels a lot light tightening and squeezing and more on the left side of my nose. The pain lasts for hours every day and especially at night and headaches come often. 2. Because of the episodes of pain, my nose is swelling up like crazy and my whole nose and cheeks become red when its at it’s worst. 3. My nose has changed a lot in terms of appearance too. It looks a lot larger, not defined and the tip is much more bulbous than it was 1 , 2, 3 years ago. I feel like my nose is constantly changing and getting bigger because of the swelling. 4. I have noticed changes about my other facial features as well. My upper lips have lost definition, color, volume and the distance between my nose and lips became longer. Don’t know if this is related, but my eyes also looks a lot smaller and red (when the swelling is at it’s worst my eyes look lifeless). This is the biggest issues I have and I would like to ask if you guys think if this is a nose/structural problem or a neuropathic pain problem? And do you think there is any treatment or a possibility for a revision rhinoplasty to fix the appearance of my nose? Nevertheless, this has been soul crushing to live with so I appreciate any help I can get.
