Buccal fat pad removal or facial fat transfer? (Photo)

Female 30. I would like to remove some fat to define my face more and perhaps add some of that volume higher up. Is buffalo fat pad or facial fat grafting suitable? I don’t want anything dramatic, but not have it sticking out like it is today and perhaps a little volume further up is more sustainable than fillers. I have a small and delicate face. Those in my family with similar feature will have this fat going downwards as they age as well as under the chin.
