Do I have a tear trough? (Photo)

What can be done to fix the tear trough to match the other eye that doesn't have that problem? I've seen filler before and after pictures and they don't look impressive. Is fat transfer really the best option? Thanks

When there's hollowing, there is lack of volume, so you need to build up volume. This can either be done with filler, fat, and/or cheek implants (in your situation).
