I had a revision rhinoplasty and these bumps showed up. They appear in certain lights and shadows. My surgeon wants to do fat grafting to smooth this out. However he wants me to pay for it. This seems to be surgical error but he is blaming it on how it healed. These bumps were not here before I had the surgery to revise.
