Would a fat transfer to the nose after smooth out bumps after my revision rhinoplasty? (photos)

Irregularities of the dorsum after rhinoplasty are seen as a result of scar formation underneath the skin. All tissues involved in rhinoplasty surgery (bone, cartilage, skin) heal with formation of scar which can create lumps and bumps. That should not be seen as a surgical error! Correction of these usually involves removal by means of direct excision if it is related to soft tissue and cartilage and shaving if it involves bone formation. In some cases small irregularities can be successfully treated with fillers and fat grafts. A second opinion consultation is always an option. Good luck.
