Fat transfer for malar mounds? (Photo)

I have malar mounds but am not sure it is caused by edema. In the mornings the mound is slightly worse but resolves in an hour or less and stays like that for the rest of the day. I have tried lymphatic drainage massages but they just stay the same. They aren’t very severe but they do cast a shadow and I’ve had them since I was young. I think it is due to my flatter face. Would fat grafting or sculptra help or make lymphatic swelling worse?
