I am confused, if an arm lift will fix wrinkled skin in my armpit plus the extra skin right over my breast towards the armpit? When I lift my arm, the extra skin disappears, so is it possible at all to take some skin away there?
Answer: Too risky It would be too risky to surgically remove those wrinkles, as it would reduce arm mobility due to the small amount of excess skin present, and the scar would be very noticeable.

Answer: Extending the Arm Lift to Address Armpit and Torso Wrinkles Thank you for your question regarding excess skin and wrinkling in the armpit and adjacent areas. Based on your description, it is possible to address the wrinkled armpit skin and the extra skin extending towards your breast with a modified arm lift. In cases where the armpit or axillary skin and fat bother the patient, the incision from the arm lift can be extended into the armpit and down into the torso to remove the excess tissue effectively. This approach not only tightens the upper arm but also smooths the transition area near the armpit and upper chest, creating a more contoured and cohesive appearance. The decision to extend the incision depends on how much the wrinkled and sagging skin in these areas affects you aesthetically and functionally. Discussing your concerns with a board-certified plastic surgeon will allow them to customize the procedure to address your specific needs. If this area bothers you, I would strongly recommend considering this approach for optimal results. Sincerely, Dr. Katzen

Answer: Skin Removing skin in this area with the tuck will require to extend the incision into your axilla. However, just based on your few photos, I do not recommend the Tuck but consider minimally invasive radiofrequency skin tightening like Renuvion instead.
