The inner brow is held down by the corrugator and procerus muscles and by a strong attachment to the bone, so it is the part of the brow that most brow lifts move least, and the part most likely to settle back. If your original lift was a temporal (lateral) lift, it was never designed to move the medial brow at all. Options, in order of invasiveness: neuromodulator to the depressor muscles for a modest, temporary effect; an endoscopic brow lift with release and partial resection of the medial depressors; or a direct or transblepharoplasty brow lift when a hairline or pretrichial approach is not appropriate. "Dramatic" is the word that worries me. A heavily lifted medial brow reads as surprised, and that look is harder to undo than a heavy brow. Bring your operative report from the first procedure to any consultation.
