Brow lift, upper bleph, brow bone reduction or combination - Which upper face procedure is best for me? (Photos)

Question

I have small, hooded eyes and im pretty sure I have a heavy brow bone. I’m 26. I dont know whether to go for a brow lift, upper bleph, brow bone reduction or combination, im also confused as to if i have a brow lift which one to go for. I want my eyes to look bigger and more open and my brows to be higher to balance out my face as i have a larger forehead. I hate how i look and i just need advice from a professional. Thankyou!

You have a high vertical distance between your eyebrows and your hairline. I would recommend a brow lift done at the hairline to lower the hairline, decrease the vertical height of the forehead, and pull up the eyebrows so they are at or above the level of the orbital rim.

At 26, hooded-looking eyes are usually driven by brow position and bone structure rather than excess eyelid skin, and the distinction matters. If the brow sits low, an upper blepharoplasty alone can let the brow settle further and make the eyes look smaller. If the brow position is normal, addressing the lid may be right. Brow bone reduction is a much bigger operation and rarely the first step. The honest answer is that no surgeon can choose between these options from a description; it needs an in-person assessment of your brow position at rest, how your forehead muscles compensate, and your eyelid anatomy. I would see an oculoplastic-trained specialist, and I would also give this decision time. Surgery for how we feel about our face works best when the anatomical diagnosis comes first.
