Uneven / asymmetrical eyes and brows - What procedures could make my left eye look more like my right? (Photos)

I’ve been insecure about my eye area for a long time and whether there are any procedures that could realistically improve it. My left eye tends to open noticeably more than my right eye, and I really don’t like the difference. My eyelids also seem like they’re different sizes / shapes and my brows don’t seem to sit at the same height or position. I feel like my left upper eyelid has more visible skin or a different amount of tissue, and at other times it almost seems to droop or become heavier depending on my expression or how tired I am. The asymmetry seems to fluctuate somewhat, which makes it even harder for me to understand what’s actually going on. For reference, I actually prefer my smaller/right eye. I like its more hooded, narrower shape and would ideally want the left eye to resemble the right one rather than making the right eye larger. Another insecurity is that I feel like my eye/brow area makes my face look more masculine than I would like. I’d really like a softer, more feminine-looking eye area .. I’m really tired of people asking me things like “Are you high?” or “Are you feeling okay?” People have specifically told me that it’s because of how my eyes look, so now I’m extremely conscious of it. From the photos does this look more related to eyelid position, different amounts of upper eyelid skin, brow asymmetry, orbital anatomy, or something else? what procedures or treatments could potentially fix this issue
