I had implants replaced 6 months ago after an extracapsular rupture on my right side. Left side looks fine but the right side is much smaller, drooping and hanging much lower than the other side. The surgeon told me this is due to having to remove thickened scar tissue that was giving it support and that now my skin has stretched both above and below the nipple. In other words - not his fault. I was not warned of this potential outcome. My questions are... does this sound like a plausible explanation and also what can be done to rectify it? Prior to my surgery I did not have sagging and would frequently wear no bra. Now I have to wear a support bra at all times and I still feel like my right breast is bouncing around when I go down the stairs etc.
