I’m 28 years old, 5’1 120lbs. I had very large breasts prior to pregnancy. I was wearing a 34DDD but eventually just wore sports bras because I was uncomfortable in “real bras”. I am still wearing sports bras, but I can wear a 34DD bra, it is just a little small. I feel like my breasts are now very soft, mostly skin with little tissue I really do not want implants, I would be more than happy with a perky B cup. Is this possible?

Answer: The Bellesoma No Vertical Scar Lift Your breasts are too low on the chest wall, asymmetrical in size, shape and position. You would benefit from a lift using The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. The weight of the breast is transferred to the underlying pectoralis major muscle resulting in pain relief and long term stability. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation and the ability to breast feed are maintained.Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Breast Lift Thank you for your question and doing your homework on RealSelf. Breast lift surgery is a great way to restore and refine your breast shape after pregnancy and breasfeeding. It is very normal to have some deflation of breast volume and stretched skin. There are surgical options that involve a stand-alone lift or a lift with implants. If it is your desire to avoid implants, there are a few techniques that can use the tissue you already have to perform an "auto-augmentation" using your own natural breast tissues. As with any cosmetic procedure, it is best to have an in-person consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon in your area. Together, you and your surgeon can develop a treatment plan that is best suited to your individual features, cosmetic goals, budget, and recovery timeline. Both the ASPS and ASAPS have "Find a Surgeon" features on their respective websites to facilitate finding a properly trained and qualified surgeon in your area.Best wishes on a great result and speedy recovery!
