I’m 28 years old, 5’1 120lbs. I had very large breasts prior to pregnancy. I was wearing a 34DDD but eventually just wore sports bras because I was uncomfortable in “real bras”. I am still wearing sports bras, but I can wear a 34DD bra, it is just a little small. I feel like my breasts are now very soft, mostly skin with little tissue I really do not want implants, I would be more than happy with a perky B cup. Is this possible?
Answer: Surgery Yes, you can just have a lift, or small reduction to lift the girls, remove the excess skin, and make you smaller. Just doing a lift will remove excess skin and make you smaller.

Answer: Breast lift Dear Practical3744, my preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions (anchor - lift). Most importantly it does not require the horizontal component scars that the anchor-lift requires and breasts appear much more natural, lifted, and less boxy. Lastly, the lift lasts longer because the lollipop doesn't rely on the skin to hold the breast up, its actually breast tissue thatsbeing brought together to support the breast and hence improves longevity. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: Am I a good candidate for a breast lift with internal scaffolding and no implant? Hello. Great question. Thank you for your pictures. Based on your images, you can benefit from a breast lift. Implants may cause you to become bigger than a size B cup. However, a personal examination is needed to provide a definite answer. Please visit a board certified plastic surgeon for a detailed surgical plan to achieve your desired results.

Answer: The Bellesoma No Vertical Scar Lift Your breasts are too low on the chest wall, asymmetrical in size, shape and position. You would benefit from a lift using The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. The weight of the breast is transferred to the underlying pectoralis major muscle resulting in pain relief and long term stability. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation and the ability to breast feed are maintained.Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.
