I keep hearing that there is little to no swelling with Voluma. But I do feel I'm a little swollen. If this is my final look, I'll be so upset. I feel like my face shape resembles an alien now.

Answer: Swelling post voluma All fillers will swell. In certain people voluma will swell and others it won't. I find Voluma really takes a good 4 weeks to settle. Be patient and I'm sure you will love your results.

Answer: Swelling after Voluma? Is this normal? Thank you for sharing your question and I am sorry that your current results have not been what you anticipated. Though swelling with Voluma is often less than other fillers do to it being placed deeper into the facial tissues there is always some swelling that develops. In additional when first placed it will create a bit more definition over the cheek bone area until the overlying tissues have a change to relax. Allow yourself at least 2 weeks time before assessing your results as it often takes this long for Voluma to settle.
