What non surgical treatment is best for ptosis and jowls?

I’m interested in possibly getting ultherapy or fibroblasting done to improve drooping eyelids and jowls without having to undergo surgery, and wanted to know which procedure would be the most affective for these areas?

If you have a true ptosis, you would need to have a surgery to tighten one of the muscles which elevate the eyelid.  There is no external treatment that can do that for you. Radiofrequency and laser treatments can help to improve wrinkled skin around the eyes, but won't improve the ptosis.For jowling, Ulthera or Facetite are 2 good modalities to help decrease the fat and tighten the skin.
