If you are still unhappy with those creases after an Ultherapy treatment, injections of a dermal filler will likely put the finishing touches on your skin rejuvenation. If the laugh lines are the primary concern, I might go to the dermal fillers first and then see if you still want to pursue a skin tightening treatment.

If you do fillers first then you should wait two weeks to start ultherapy. But if you want to do Ultherapy first you should also wait two weeks before getting fillers, just to ensure the swelling subside.

Answer: ULTHERA NJ Ultheraphy is a great tightening device. For deeper folds you may want to combine the treatment with filler.
