While Ultherapy is an excellent choice for creating firmer, smoother skin, it is not the best choice for addressing deep laugh lines. If you are still unhappy with those creases after an Ultherapy treatment, injections of a dermal filler will likely put the finishing touches on your skin rejuvenation. If the laugh lines are the primary concern, I might go to the dermal fillers first and then see if you still want to pursue a skin tightening treatment.
Ultherapy is great non-invasive treatment to help with tightening the skin. However with deeper nasal labial folds combing a filler with Ultherapy will help achieve better results. If you do fillers first then you should wait two weeks to start ultherapy. But if you want to do Ultherapy first you should also wait two weeks before getting fillers, just to ensure the swelling subside.
In our practice, we perform a non-surgical face lift / skin resurfacing treatment using Renuvion Helium Plasma Radiofrequency. To get the most improvement with skin tightening, we combine Renuvion (formerly J-Plasma) with lasers (Fraxel, Clear + Brilliant, CO2), microneedling/PRP, Ultherapy and InMode FaceTite. I suggest getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist. Best, Dr. Emer
Ultheraphy is a great tightening device. For deeper folds you may want to combine the treatment with filler. In our practice we will do the filler shortly after the procedure is done. Combining the two treatments will give you longer lasting results instead of just doing one or the other.Best of luck!
Since the Ultherapy treatment is non-invasive, you will likely be fine to have your treatment one week after your microblading procedure. However, I would talk to your provider who is performing the treatments to ensure there is no additional factor that would require a longer wait time between...
You do not appear to have loose sagging skin. It appears you may have a tight platysma band which can be ascertained on physical examination. Botox or surgical release of the bands may be appropriate. Thermage or Ultherapy will likely be disappointing.
I am sorry you did not receive the results you hoped for from your Ultherapy treatment. I can’t tell exactly what happened without seeing your pre-Ulthera photo, but I’m guessing you are noting the loose skin near your jowls. Skin rejuvenation needs a customized combination approach. The loo...
Thank you for your question. Ultherapy is likely to put a nice finishing touch on your Laser Genesis treatments and these procedures are very safe to use together. That said, I would give the treatment area time to heal fully before introducing another technology to the area. Within four to six...
Yes, you can get the two treatments on the same day. Usually mild sedation is used for Ultherapy treatment, which would make the following laser treatment even easier to tolerate.
It is difficult to completely assess your needs based on your photo. However, I would recommend the injection of a filler to the crease under your eye closest to your nose (the tear trough). I would also recommend Botox injections to help with the appearance of your crows feet. Finally, I wo...
