Thus a small amount of fat can go along way or in contrast a large amount may not give you the desird appearanceOne can try to gain weight prior to the procedure in hope that the areas you can the weight can be liposuctioned. By looking at the posted photos and the modifications you made, your expectations are realistic, but you need to discuss this in person with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon, that can examine you, and check how much fat you have from the donor areas to be injected in your buttocks.

Hi.. thank you for the question and photos... yes your expectations are totally achievable, with Brazilian butt lift and fat transfer to hips these can be done.
