Realistic or am I dreaming?

By looking at the posted photos and the modifications you made, your expectations are realistic, but you need to discuss this in person with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon, that can examine you, and check how much fat you have from the donor areas to be injected in your buttocks.

Thank you for posting the picture, you seem to have realistic expectations and that is the first step for a successful cosmetic procedure. You can discuss with your PS to go as big as possible ( depending on how much fat can be harvested from your body , in case you are thinking of going bigger.best wishes   

I believe that you would be a good candidate for this procedure based on your photographs. All procedures come with limitations but in your case you would have a close outcome to the desired change. All patients should have a in-person evaluation with a physical exam component in order to fully determine which options will get you to your goal.

I think that you look like a good candidate for a BBL, the photo is a bit distorted so I would say a BBL can make an improvement but unlikely to achieve what you request in the photo.

I think with liposuction and fat transfer to your buttocks you can approach your desired frame.  Your waist can be smaller, hips curvier, and achieve more projection.  It is best to choose a surgeon that has preop and post op photos of patients that have a similar frame as you.  Best wishes.

Unfortunately with out a exam of your tissues I can can only comment based your photos.Bottom line: yes, you are a good candidate for a Brazalian Buttock Lift (BBL).The process for performing a BBL is the same regardless of the patients weight or fat location:1) harvest the fat 2) purify the fat3) sculpting the buttock: a) with precise liposculpting b) with precise fat injectionThe amount injected fat depends on how much fat there is available to harvest.Just importantly the liposuction should be done to "sculpt" other parts of the body to attain a body that is in proportion and attractive. Thus a small amount of fat can go along way or in contrast a large amount may not give you the desird appearanceOne can try to gain weight prior to the procedure in hope that the areas you can the weight can be liposuctioned.
