I read that people got either infraorbital rim implants, lateral canthopexy, fat transplant, malar implants, or brow/forehead lift to raise their lower eyelids and make their eyes appear smaller. What procedure(s) would be recommended to help lift my lower eyelids, and make my eyes appear more almond shaped? Would the procedure(s) be a one-time surgery?
