A rhinoplasty procedure is required to change the shape of the nose, since the nose is composed of both bone and cartilages. Exercises will have no bearing on the structure of the nose. If there is a depressor septi ligament present (which pulls the tip down when smiling), that should be released at the time of the rhinoplasty procedure
Lip exercises can strengthen you lip muscles, but this should not affect the nose size. The depressor of the nose is attached to the lip and this can pull your nasal tip down, but should not affect the size of the nasal cartilages.
