The dorsal hump is composed of both cartilage and bone and it must be surgically shaved down in order to remove it. A rhinoplasty procedure is required to shave down the dorsal hump which can be accomplished with a closed rhinoplasty approach. Osteotomies of the nasal bones are required to straighten the nose from being broken along with closing the open roof created from the hump removal. Fillers can help correct dent from wearing glasses. However, they don't stand up well to continued wearing of heavy glasses. The weight of the glasses can push the fillers around, even permanent fillers.

To me you are a surgical candidate but you could camoflage the nose with fillers . I feel this will make it look bigger. It would be better to sculpt by going to a rhinoplasty specialist. Best, Dr. Emer.
