Telangiectasias secondary to a liquid rhinoplasty? (Photo)

Hello RS surgeons and docs, I have a pressing question. I had a liquid rhino done in September of 2015 that was done with restylane silk and lift. It was injected in my bridge and tip and has left my tip with generalized erythema with some mottling and telangiectasias and I am very devastated about this. I have had two sessions of vbeam and one bbl session with minimal improvement. Any suggestions or better treatments out there? Will they be permanent? I appreciate all your help. Thanks!

Although a physical examination would be the best way to provide complete information, the nasal tip shown appears to be recovering from vascular compromise after filler injection.  Injection of hyaluronidase may or may not help 3-4 months after primary injection.  Use of IPL or BBL is probably thebest bet for now, but will require multiple sessions.  If you have your nose reinjected, skin necrosis is a distinct probablity.

Its a reaction to the filler, it should resolve in a couple of months after the product is absorbed by the body.avoid sun exposure so skin doesn't get permanently hyperpigmented
